at which point the store will close.

If items need to be purchased in the future beyond this date, the coach/team parent/booster will need to reach out to HXCS to discuss opening another purchase window. 

All items in this store are made-to-order. They don't exist until we make them, for you specifically, by highly skilled sewers and production staff, in Southern California, right here in America, something we are extremely proud of.

Your order will go into production as soon as you complete your payment. If you order the wrong size on accident, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to edit your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once you complete your payment. Once your order has been printed at our factory, we cannot change it.

When your order is ready to ship out, you will get a shipping notification via email or text with tracking included, and it will ship directly to you, based on the shipping address provided. To ensure you get these notifications, please enter in a current email address and phone number when you place your order.

Orders typically ship approximately 3 weeks after they are placed (sometimes faster, sometimes slower, depending on the time of year and how many teams have placed their orders the same day you placed yours), so please make sure you place your order as soon as you get the link from your coach/team parent/booster. orders are processed in the order they come in and unfortunately we are not able to offer rush orders at this time.
