Shipping policy
Every item on hxcsport.com is made to order, specifically for you! What we mean by that is they don't physically exist until we make them, specifically for you, by highly skilled sewers and production staff, all here in California. For more information on our methods and sustainability efforts, see our About Us page.
It typically takes us 2-3 weeks (sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the time of year and our workload) to manufacture to order. You will get an Order Confirmation email when your order has been processed and a Shipping Confirmation with tracking info when your order leaves our factory. If you do not see these emails, try checking your spam folder.
For orders shipping within the US, we offer UPS® Ground, USPS First Class shipping.
For orders outside of the US, we offer UPS Worldwide Saver® and DHL Express Worldwide. Please note, you may have to pay import duties or VAT.
Please note, your selected shipping method will not affect the production schedule of your order. Your shipping method only affects how long it takes to get your order once it leaves our factory.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We are committed to getting your order out the door and on it’s way to you as quickly as possible, WE WANT YOU TO HAVE YOUR STUFF!! Please understand that once orders leave our factory, we cannot be held responsible for delays or interruption of services of our shipping clients or for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, PANDEMICS (who knew we'd need to write that one in?!?), etc.
