at which point the store will close. If items need to be purchased in the future beyond this date, the coach/team parent/booster will need to reach out to HXCS to discuss opening another purchase window.

All items in this store are made-to-order. They don't exist until we make them, for you specifically, by highly skilled sewers and production staff, in Southern California, right here in America, something we are extremely proud of.

Your order will go into production as soon as you complete your payment. If you order the wrong size on accident, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to edit your order. However, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once you complete your payment. Once your order has been printed at our factory, we definitely cannot make any changes or updates.

When your order is ready to ship out, you will get a shipping notification via email with tracking included. It will ship directly to you, based on the shipping address provided. To ensure you get these notifications, please enter a current email address when you place your order.

Orders typically ship approximatley 3 weeks after they are placed (sometimes faster, sometimes slower, depending on the time of year and how many teams have placed their orders the same day you placed yours), so please make sure you place your order as soon as you get the link from your coach/team parent/booster. Orders are processed in the order they come in and unfortunately we are not able to offer rush orders at this time.

***Your selected shipping method will not affect the production schedule of your order (approx. 3 weeks noted above). Your shipping method only affects how long it takes the order to get to you once it leaves our factory, via the selected mail delivery option.
