Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days, depending on your slected shipping method and shipping address.

We offer USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the United States. 

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We are committed to getting your order out the door and on it's way to you as quickly as possible! Please understand that once you order leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

International shipping: We offer international shipping to over 180 countries and several US Territories in partnership with Bongo International. If you place an order through our international checkout, Bongo will process any financial transactions and ship your order.  Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and ship the goods to your international address.

CUSTOM TEAM ORDERS

We ship all Bulk Form Team Orders via UPS unless other third party shipping information is provided. Bulk Form Team orders are typically shipped as one whole order to your team representative.

Custom Online Store Orders may be shipped as one whole order to your team representative or we can ship each individual customer's order to their respective address. Please note that in this case, we cannot control shipping once your order leaves our facility. Your teammate may get their order a few days before of after you based on their shipping address. 

Please remember, these are custom items, made to order. Production takes 3-4 weeks when your store closes.

We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Grab bag items can only be exchanged. No returns or exchanges on international orders. 

CUSTOM TEAM ORDERS

HARDCORESPORT does NOT accept any returns or exchanges on any custom team or events items. Orders for team items cannot be changed after the closing date of the order. Should you notice an error in your order, either in size quantities or any manufacturing errors, please notify your Hardcore rep within one week.
